ClearCorrect Collaborator Suite FAQs

For Collaborator FAQs, refer to the following:

NOTE: ClearCorrect is a medical device manufacturer. Treatment decisions and case diagnosis are entirely the responsibility of the prescribing doctor.

Who can I add as a Collaborator?

Anyone with a valid email address can be added as a Collaborator.

How does the Collaborator access my Doctor Portal account?

A unique login is provided to the Collaborator that you added.

With this login, they will be able to view the cases you give them access to and, depending on the permissions you granted, they will be able to Add Orders and/or Decline Treatment Setups.

Will the Collaborators I add be able to approve cases in my account?

No. The only person who has permission to approve cases is the primary clinician on the account.

How do I know if a Collaborator has commented on a case?

Unread comments will display as a comment bubble icon in the Collaborator status column. You can also sort for unread comments using the Collaborator status filter.

What is the Collaborator status for a case where the Collaborator rejects the Treatment Setup?

The status for the case will move back to Awaiting Setup until the treatment planning technician shares a new setup for review.

What should a provider do if they disagree with Collaborator about a case being Ready for Approval?

The provider can push the case status back to Evaluating Treatment Setup status and must provide their reasoning for the change in the chat box for the collaborator.

Can I use the Collaborator Tool to connect with a Treatment Plan Optimization Service?

Yes, ClearCorrect supports any external Treatment Planning Optimization (TPO) service available in your market via the Collaborator Suite, but we are also partnered with several major TPO providers for integrated solutions. Please see the following articles for more details:
