Sometimes, driving sales is a matter of getting your name out there. Here are a few of our marketing tips and suggestions:
Feature ClearCorrect on your website
List “ClearCorrect” and “clear aligner braces” onto your practice website as a service offered. When people enter “clear braces dentist" or “ClearCorrect dentist” into a search engine to find a local doctor who can provide it for them, you want your name to come up! This is the easiest way to promote your practice. Adding our company logo or picture, available in our Logos and images article, should only take a couple minutes!
Also, did you know that when you list ClearCorrect as a treatment option on your website, you'll have a better online presence than our competitor? Here's what one doctor said:
"By simply putting ClearCorrect as a treatment option on our website, our ranking improved tremendously by 16 pages when searching the terms "orthodontics" and "ClearCorrect". The reason is that the competitor is on almost every dentist's and orthodontist's website and it is extremely difficult to rank high on search engines."
It is also important to note that “ClearCorrect” and the name of other clear aligner brands should not be used interchangeably on your website and in promotional material. It is totally fine to carry and promote both ClearCorrect and other forms of clear aligner therapy; however, the name of one does not represent the other. You don’t want to misinform your clients about the services you offer!
Run sales and promotions
Try offering an introductory promotion on ClearCorrect. This has worked well for some of our providers in the past. For example, one doctor offered $300 off an Unlimited case for a limited time, and promoted the event beforehand with a custom banner. Sometimes, you can get more revenue in quicker by offering a discount on the up-front price for a limited time. Nothing motivates people more than the opportunity to get a great deal on a great product!
Send out direct mailers
Postcards or direct-mailing campaigns work well, when done right. If your practice already sends out mailers to your patients (i.e. appointment reminders, birthday cards, referral cards), you might want to try one featuring ClearCorrect and a special promotion. You can use our logos and images with these as well.
For example, your postcard could say, “Thinking about braces? Bring this card in for $200 off a ClearCorrect case. Use it yourself or share with a friend!” This could also help your referrals increase! Make sure to have an expiration date and usage limit printed on the offer card, to cover your bases.
Let social media work for you
Have you tried social networking yet? Having a Facebook page can market your practice to a potential client base that are looking for clear aligner therapy as an alternative to metal braces. Clients often look on Facebook as well as search engines when looking for providers in their area. All you would need to do was create a page, list your contact information and maybe some photos, and a list of your services. Update it regularly (once or twice a month) with little blurbs like, “Hometown Dental now carries ClearCorrect clear aligner braces! Call or stop by our office to schedule an appointment.” Or, “Need braces? We carry ClearCorrect – the clear and simple way to straighten your teeth. Come see us!” It doesn’t have to take a lot of time, but can make sure that your name is out there. The best part - it’s totally free.
