No, the Clinic App is free for any practice to use.
Do I need to download any software to use the Clinic App?
No, the Clinic App is web-based and can be accessed using the web browser on your device.
Is the Clinic App available in languages other than English?
Not at this time, but we will be making additional languages available soon.
Do patients enter any identifying information into the Clinic App?
No, they do not. The patient clicks through the education presentation and once finished, their selections are erased.
Should all staff members read through the FAQs?
Yes, we encourage all staff to read through the FAQs to have a better understanding of the clear aligner treatment process.
Can all my staff members register to use the Clinic App?
Yes, all staff members can register to use the Clinic App.
