The Treatment Setup

Every ClearCorrect case includes a Treatment Setup, a 3D representation of the movements planned for the patient’s teeth before and during treatment. It includes every step, movement, and recommended procedure over the course of the case. Once you approve the setup, we will use the corresponding data to manufacture the aligners.

ClearPilot 9.0 Hero Image.png

Reviewing and approving the treatment setup is a key part of treatment planning, allowing you to define the treatment goals for your patient. Understanding your role in managing Treatment Setups is essential for success in treatment planning.

Clinician's Role

This is where you define and optimize the treatment goals for your patient. As the treating clinician, you have full responsibility for the treatment and can tailor it to meet both your and your patient’s expectations.

Treatment Setups are reviewed in ClearCorrect’s treatment design tool – ClearPilot.

ClearCorrect's Role
ClearCorrect’s role is to support you in creating the ideal treatment plan for your patient. Recommendations are provided based on your prescription, but they are flexible, allowing you to make adjustments as needed to tailor the treatment for each patient.

The Treatment Setup is made available to you in ClearPilot after you submit your case & records in the Doctor Portal. After submitting your records, it usually takes a few days to create the setup.

There is no cost associated with submitting your order & records. You'll receive an email when your Treatment Setup is ready for review.
